two questions...

My BF got me a mobile phone contract in his name and I have the direct debit going from my bank account to the network provider. Does this mean we now have a financial association which will affect his credit rating?

2nd question: I should have been discharged in April but am still on insolvency register. What should I do?

Living and learning :)

No, should not create a financial link.

Regards your entry on the register, they stay visible on the register for 3 months after you are discharged. Only then it is removed.

If you can try and get your entry printed out before it disappears. Then in the next month or so have a look at the Credit File Clean Up sticky.

Thanks. TF. That had just crossed my mind as well, so was coming back to say just that.

magicred: On the register, click on your surname in blue to go to your full listing. Should show there the date you were discharged, and print/make a copy of that page.
