Long story but will try and be short. I got a joint secured loan of 20k with my ex. things went bad and i had to sell up. basically the house was sold and the mortgage was paid off but there was a short fall due to selling the house cheap cos my ex wasnt giving me any money to pay the mortgage and was nearly up for…

Hello everyone,

Well as you can see by the title i have won my 14 month battle with Nemo Personal Finance..Yippeeee!

Received a call this morning and they have accepted my offer of 50% of the outstanding loan that i had with my evil ex..... I will be sending the cheque off soon and i will be discharged from it. Therefore they will chase him for the rest of the money.

I'm so happy cos my debt has now halfed, i can finally look forward to the futher!!!

Just wanted to let you all know xx :T

Bank Charges refunded from Halifax £2600

Bank Charges refunded from halifax joint account £554

Credit Card Charges refunded £300 plus interest

I'm proud to be dealing with debt!!! :T
