Help please?! I can't find my Bank Of Scot CCJ Paperwork

Hi,
I have just registered though the forums have been a massive help to me in the past just by reading through.
I was wondering whether anyone couldhelp with hopefully a quick query. I have a payment plan with a number of debts including a CCJ and I'm in the middle of doing a regular check of balances etc.
However, I can not find my Bank of Scotland CCJ paperwork anywhere.
2 questions:
1. can I get copies of this anywhere?
2. Does anyone have the phone number for the Bank of Scotland CCJ/Legal team? (It was a credit card if this makes a difference)
Thanks

You should be able to to get a copy of the judgement from the court that issued the CCJ.
Or you could see if the creditor has a copy they will send to you - but I would doubt they'd be able to help you via phone - a letter would probably be more likely to get you somewhere.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks for the reply.
I am trying to find out the court at the mo. I have been on the phone to Bank of Scotland for over an hour trying to get a number for their legal and collections team but getting nowhere.
Getting a little harassed as only need to check where I am with it but only have today/tomorrow off work for thephone calls.
Thank you so much for replying though - much appreciated
