MUA - anyone tried?

Hi
I have recently heard of Superdrug's MUA range - most things are £1
Has anyone tried anything from this range? If so what and would you recommend? Is it on par with any well known brands? I would just go and buy lots of things to try but as I am trying to be MSE I thought I would check here
Thanks

I bought a nail varnish last week if that counts
It's the first MUA product I've bought and yes I'd say it's pretty much on par with any other nail varnish I've bought.
I haven't tried anything else but did have a look on their website out of interest. Everything is very well reviewed, maybe too well tbh. Either they are writing their own reviews/filtering reviews or they actually are that good for a budget brand.
I'll defiantley buy other stuff from the range, at that price it's worth a shot... unless other people reply here to say it's rubbish :rotfl:Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
Ohh great thanks!
I was wondering if the nail varnish was going to be really thin and rubbish but I will definitely give it a go. Can't wear it for work so I'm usually a bit begrudged to pay lots for it anyway!
I just can't believe how cheap it is! :money:0 -

The nail varnish does need 2 coats but tbh I haven't really found many that don't. The one I bought definatley doesn't need more than 2. Nice really as I've bought expensive stuff in the past thats needed 3 or more!!Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
I've used their nail varnish and lipsticks, both impressive for £1, I also bought their bronzer but was disappointed with that.0

I've got a shimmery eyeshadow to try and have tried the eyeliner before - bought two, wish I hadn't bothered! It's crap, the second you or your eyes touch it it disappears and rubs away. Gonna just throw them out.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January0

I love MUA. They have just launched a new palette for £4 that is identical to the urban decay naked palette which costs around £39. The colours are even in the same order! They have definatly copied it but I am not complaining! Some of the colours are even more pigmented than the urban decay.

Despite my last post I am tempted to pick this up, but I rarely wear eyeshadow so I dunno if I should bother, lolcolleensims wrote: »I love MUA.
