Which job?

I have just started a new job and it is lovely much better than my last I have been at my new job for two weeks and the cracks are starting to show. It is a new business so some are expected.
However there is another business, more high end and more experienced in this particular field opening just down the road and it sounds even better, I am quite ambitious and slightly impatient, should I put in an application for that job or wait and see what happens at this current place?
Am I being impatient? I just want to be able to better myself and would like the opportunities?
the new place opens in a week -2weeks?
P.s I am afraid that if I do get a job offer and turn it down they won't offer it to me again.
