Hello,
By any chance, does anyone know of any brokers or places that specialises in mortgages just for charities, or failing that, brokers that deal with business mortgages in general?
Many thanks.

Sounds like your after a commercial broker? I dont know of any that predominantly go after charities, i cant imagine that being the most lucrative or busiest of sectors.
Just do a search for a local company, but if your after one who wont charge i would say you probably have very little chance unless your a charity they really care about as i think there is a lot fo work involved.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. What are you trying to do?
Commercial mortgages are good from our point of view as they can be less hassle than residential, so you could easily find someone who will do without a fee.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The charity is looking to purchase the property which it currently operates from. It has enough funds for a 50% deposit.
Perhaps you can pm me with more details on what you or your company can offer?0
