So how can we improve on perfection? The Tesco Finest* team is calling on ice cream addicts everywhere to come up with the next great flavour to join the range. Do you have memories of your grandmother making a fantastically fruity version? Have you ever crumbled pistachios over your ice cream and been bowled away by the flavour?
Or are you an experimental type who thinks bacon and maple syrup might work well with vanilla? Whatever your idea, we want to know about it. The winning flavour will be made into a real ice cream and sold in Tesco stores - so you really could make ice-cream history.
If you think you can beat our existing varieties - which include Belgian Chocolate, Salted Caramel & Hazelnut, West Country Butterscotch, and Caffe Latte - make sure to enter our competition by Friday 27th July. Just tell us what your dream flavour is called, including the ingredients that make it up, why you love it, and where you got the idea.
