Renting a bar / buying a keg of beer

Many moons ago our local pub owned a portable bar - four feet wide, on wheels with a built in tap and refrigeration unit - we bought a keg of beer from them and they lent us the bar for a day or two - great for parties and barbecues
Anyhoo, that option no longer exits. Can anyone recommend anywhere in the greater Belfast area that might offer the same service? Or might be able to sell a keg with a tap? (as seen in many american frat movies)
Thanks as ever

Some off licences offer this service, one I used to work in did, which is now closed. Not very well advertised so you may need to ring around...0
