Continental / United Complaint - How?

My questions are like buses...none for ages and then three in a row - here's the first

We were delayed badly (20hours) when flying from Belfast to Newark at the start of June.

I submitted a complaint via the United website and got an automated reply with a case number but I cant find anywhere on the site, or any phone number to call to follow this up

Can anyone help with a way to contact United / Continental?

I'll need to check my other computer but somewhere i have all the relvant info you need.
The one thing i will also say in Continentals favour, they where very good at sorting my complaint & the CS staff are excellent so dont be panicking
