    Would be interested to see the comparison between NHS pension and property, obviously risk is heavily loaded against property so returns should be significantly higher for this to work.

    Well indeed, there's a lot of risk involved, and a high level of responsibility and a large onus on me to make sure it works.

    It's a treacherous market which I'm researching heavily and seeking professional guidance on before making any more big moves. I have absolute confidence I can make a success of it, though. Of course, I'm not kidding myself into thinking that it isn't without it's pitfalls. The occasional loss is inevitable and contingencies should be made along the way to account for such losses.

    Just got to keep at it. No neglecting it for a second
