    If you decide you really must do it, only realistic option is a loan which wont show on a credit check, ie from friends or family or …………{moatmeister hastily puts on flak jacket and bullet proof vest}……..borro.com if you have any suitable valuables but make sure you will be able to buy them back or refinance after the mortgage completes or be prepared to loose them if you cant.

    Either option done correctly will get you where you want to be without upsetting the mortgage apple cart
