I don't know if there is one near you but theres a Recycle shop in Nottingham that pays for 10k of clothes. Obviously needs to be decents stuff. Its only £5 per 10K but that would be £5 less to find.
If only money grew on trees *sigh*

Sell erotic pics of yourself to men who like to be dominated and get them to be your money slave.

Have you any food in the house you could make something from? If you do need to food shop, head later in the day and take advantage of the reduced sections. You'll pay pittance compared to the usual.

How far away is the interview? Do you know anyone who travels that direction for work and could maybe give you a lift?

Have you got or can borrow a ladder? What about going round your neighbours offering window cleaning? Or car valeting?

For short term cash in that amount of time, i'd suggest cash converters (or one of the many similar shops).

DVD Players, Phones, Games Consoles and stuff like that would likely easily raise £50 quid. You'd be looking at around £15 quid on top as interest when you buy them back, but it'll solve your problem.
  • I would suggest trying to eat whatever you have in the house and not buying food (if you can?) Is there anything you could sell on ebay? Could you do some babysitting, odd jobs like cleaning cars or dog walking, even offer to iron for friends or neighbours? Hope that helps a little?!
