100% Aldermore Mortgage question

I have noticed that Aldermore offers a 100% Family Garantuee mortgage. Does anyone know if they would accept a garantuee from a parent with own property from abroad (EU Country)?

Thanks for any information :)

I think the simply answer is "no" they would not accept an overseas property.

No. It has to be a parents residential property (can't secure on a parents BTL either) in England or Wales. Aldemore do not lend in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
