Hello

i am wondering about starting up my own business but am going to require financing i am wonding what is my chances of approaching a bank with a good business plan, its a proven earner in theory, my start up costs will be quite high so i am thinking i dont want to get laughed out of the bank when i say i have no real assets to secure against

any ideas?

Thanks in advance

How much funding are you looking for?

Are you putting anything into it yourself?

If you are asking for 100% funding from the Bank, it's quite possible you will be laughed out of the Bank.

Without much more detail it's difficult to say much more.

There are also some sectors that Banks are very reluctant to get involved in.
