Best 5 year fixes?

Any good suggestions on 5 year fixed rates at the moment? I have a 25% deposit, although could increase it perhaps to 30%.
I am liking the YBS tracker to fixed which is 3.09% (on current base rate) until 2014 and then fixed at 4.09% until 2017.
