REally struggling to find someone who will run my DAS without charging!!

I have had some great advice on here in the past couple of days, i'm still exploring a DAS (debt arrangement scheme) which seems my best option.

however

I've tried cccs, payplan, debtline, maney advice centre and citizens advice and they just "dont have the staff" to administer it - im still tempted to go with the paid option as they seemed so efficient!

but as ive said before i obviously cant trust my own judgement - so i am NOT rushing into the paid DAS

Any other suggestions where i coudl go with eth DAS, I wish i could administer it myself but legally it seems to have to be a qualified / approved person

also I *might* get a ppi payout, I am trying not to think about it, BUT if its upheld (its a front loaded ppi that i was told I had to have so its one of the most upheld claims apparently) do I calculate it will be around 5-6k, am I better looking at offering full and final settlements before I enter the DAS? i know once i enter the DAS it will just go towards that debt IF i receive it and obviously thats fine i am just wondering if I can maximise it.

I'm not sure ethically how I feel about full and final settlements, however I suppose I could offer them a portion of what I owe or they can wait 9.5 yrs till its paid off :( they at least have the choice, but it does feel very much like I am not facing up to my responsibilities, can anyone tell me a bit more about full & final setllements?
