LIBOR fixed rate mortgate

My mortgage is fixed above the LIBOR rate. If Barclays / other banks are found to have colluded to fix this rate to make profit unfairly, then I will have been paying above this rate unfairly.
I can't help but think I'm not the only one that will be in this situation, and I also can't help but think that I'm entitled to some compensation or a refund of the difference.

Not that it would have affected you, because from what I can see the issues involved the US$ rate and not the Sterling rate, but the rate fixing issue was centered around banks allegedly keeping rates artificially LOW......so if anything you would have benefited from this.
As you appear to be concerned about compensation, I suggest that you immediately contact your local branch and offer to compensate them.0
