on completion of the survey you are then given the option of claiming your voucher by clicking through and submitting your email address at:
http://www.cd-wow.com/musiccensus

- so worth using this URL and bypassing the survey for multiple addresses

I have just combined both the Burtons code and the one on this thread.
Follow this link as stated before: http://www.cd-wow.com/musiccensus
Register as many email addresses as you can.
Follow the instructions in the email.
Add an item to your basket - doesn't matter what. Redeem your voucher.
Now change the link to: http://www.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?promo_refcode=12600_1&id=36412-93830-22266-44617-53433

All the items on cd-wow now have £1.50 off. Add the item you want to your basket.  
Remove the first item you don't want and hey presto £2.50 off.

Already bought Shaun of the dead for £9.49 and Maroon5 for £6.49. ;D ;D ;D

It would appear you can do this for as many email addresses as you, but you have to clear your cache to get the Burtons voucher to work.

Moderator - how about changing the title of the thread to £2.50 off @ CD-Wow?

Basically http://www.cd-wow.com/musiccensus and http://www.cd-wow.com/capitaloneoffer achieve the same thing - £1 off voucher codes.
However, unlike the process described above, I have found that by just clicking straight on to one of your Burton money off clickthrus (that seem to last indefinitely, so no need for multiple addresses there) you get the automatic £1.50 off everything priced £5.99+, then add to shopping basket, and enter one of your musiccensus or capitalone evoucher codes, and, hey presto, £2.50 off. The blurb with both vouchers (i.e. "(NB: You MUST visit the CD WOW! website using the link above for your discount voucher to be valid. Failure to do so will mean your voucher will not work correctly.)") is basically nonsense.

My own general habit is to copy and paste all my codes and the burton clickthru onto a single email to myself, deleting codes as they are used. Whenever I order something (after comparing prices at http://dvdpricecheck.co.uk/) I just go to that email.
