Equifax Credit Report - Associates!

Hi there!
Hoping someone can help me please?
I had an Experian credit report some time ago and I noticed I was still financially linked to my ex (we had a mortgage and joint account together).
We have been split up over 6 years and he is on my Equifax credit report as a financial link and our old address is still in there.
How do I remove him as a link? I certainly don't want my credit rating to be affected by whatever he does.

File a 'notice of disassociation' with whichever of the 3 credit reference agencies still show you as linked.
The forms can be downloaded from the websites or, at least with experian, filled in online.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
