renovation mortgage

We have just bought 3 terraced cottages and paid cash. They are on one deed at present but we are separating them on to individual deeds once we have completion.What are the options for borrowing money to refurbish all 3, they all need new windows,external doors,rewiring,new kitchens& new bathrooms.

I'd have suggested BuildStore for a single renovation, but as you're obviously in a more commercial part of the market I'm not sure their product would be suitable.I am a mortgage broker. Yep specialist short term finance. Beware, some firms quote a rate nof about 0.9% per month but then just prior to completion they advise the rate was reviewed and is now 2%!
A good fee charging broker will be competent with this sort of a case. A fee's free monkey will mess it all up in more ways than you can possibly imagine.0
