Lavazza prize - anyone received?

I was notified on June 2 (5 weeks ago) that I had won an espresso cup set.
Have not yet received it.
Did email the contact they gave a week ago but no response.
Anyone get their prize yet and did it take ages?

Update : arrived today ( Thurs). Rather nice set of 4 small espresso cups with lids and teaspoons all packed into a 'Wimbledon' tin.
( oh and a note that says 'not for resale')

I find the quickest responses come from companies' facebook pages or twitter. Its worth seeing if they are on either.

I got my cups after about 3 weeks. Came via Royal mail.
They are rather sweet.

I won the coffee cup set on 1st June, still waiting too!

Can I ask did you need to respond to the email?. I won an espresso set also and I remember reading that they would send an email out which I never received (aol email :mad:). Just wondering if I need to contact them or anything. Thanks.
