welcome finance
Hi, anyone had experience with Welcome finance? We took a secured loan out for 15k last Oct 06 at not a good rate. But with the intentions of settling it with a re-mortgage this year once our credit rating had improved.
we have just had a settlement figure to pay of £1444.00 and the settlement date calculated in accordance with regulation 3 of the consumer credit reg.1983
and upon receipt of cleared funds of the amount stated in the letter within the specified time they agree to remove charges on the secured property!
obviously this amount is considerably less than we have taken out and paid!!
but!! it has 2 signatures (how do you think we stand?) should i pay this amount or tell them
