Well done on getting an interview. I've just been recruiting for a graduate post where I work and one candidate asked the best question I've ever heard. He asked if I had any qualms or unanswered questions that would stop me hiring him, and if he could address them whilst we were talking. There was one thing, which we discussed honestly and openly. He got the job (this wasn't the only reason, but it really helped).
