Free books

I'm a book blogger and I thought I'd share all the good stuff I've discovered around the internet that helps me out.

- Penguin Proof Group. This is the main one - look for 'Penguin Books UK' on Google+. I think you can still sign up, pick a genre, and then keep checking back for free book offers (in exchange for a review).

- Library Thing. Another website you can sign up to receive advance copies of books.

- Book Oxygen. Join their Inner Circle and they'll send you a free book. Keep checking back, there will be more, I believe.

- Goodreads. This is one of the biggest book sites out there. I find it useful to post links to my blog reviews from my account on there.

Hopefully this is useful! If you know any other sources of free books/resources for book bloggers I'd love to hear about them :)

    And here's another one!

NetGalley will send galley proofs to book bloggers - I've just received my first, can't wait to get started!

Thanks - just signed up to Book Oxygen, looks good. Not sure about Penguin?

NetGalley & library thing are ebooks - have bookmarked them until I buy a kindle (it is on my list of things to buy but keep spending money on other things!!)

Oh yes, NetGalley are ebooks only, I should have said - just started reading my first book from them yesterday. The formatting is a bit erratic (sentences randomly split in half on different lines, typos, etc) which is to be expected cos it's not a final version yet. Enjoying it though!

Penguin are really good - it's mainly done through Google+ - just contact them about the ProofGroup, I think they're still taking new people. Every now and again they offer books to send out, and it's a first come first served thing. I've received three books from them so far - brand spanking new copies! Love it :)

I've just had a look at Book Sneeze too, but they require you to have a minimum of 30 blog followers to join. I'm not there yet!
