New wheel for my Pro-Action vacuum cleaner needed.....

Hello - got a Pro-Action stand up vacuum cleaner I bought from Argos several years ago....one of the wheels is now cracked (think I may have caught it when being too enthusiastic with hoovering!) which means the rubber 'tyre' is falling off so it won't run across the floor smoothly.

Tried various online parts sites but they only seem to sell bags, filters and brushes.....anyone know where you can get spare wheels? Seems a shame to fork out for new hoover when all the other bits work but can't do a whole floor with the hose style brush! Can't find a number for Pro-Action themselves anywhere?

Thanks very much!

I've bought a wheel from eBay before but it was for a Hoover model.

Does the vacuum have a phone number on it anywhere? Mine has a number to ring for spares, not that I'd use it.

I've found in the past that many parts are generic so will fit many models.

The part you want may be available but listed under a different model.
Might be worth giving the model number. Sometimes people on here seem to have time to kill & look for the part, along with the usual advice - Google is your friend
  • it's a Pro-Action VC9340S-6 and a bagless upright cleaner........
can't find a number for Pro-Action on machine or via googling but will have another search online....

if anyone has one and knows of other models with compatible parts that would be great thank you!
