Deal drivers and Drive the deal are consistently cheaper than most.

I got my last brand new car from Patons,

They normally sell taxi's, but do saloon cars mpv's as well.

Just about to get a C4.

Local garage best price : £12495 £4400 deposit finance then 0% interest for 4 years on balance.

Looked at Martin's article on car buying http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1143803846,31551,

Best price so far (although not bought yet) £11653 £4400 deposit finance 0% interest for 4 yrs on rest.

Only problem so far (although deal not complete yet) is having to drive to Birmingham from South Wales to sign the manufacturers finance deal. I'm thinking this will cost about £80 and give us a day out so the £800 odd saving seems good.

Before you ask, went through brokers and essentially just buying a normal UK car through a Birmingham dealership rather than a local one. Warranty / tax / delivery all included as per manufacturer and can use local dealers for warranty/service apparently.

This is what I'm looking at at the moment and will probably go for it. Not sure if there are any down sides at the moment but have read terms and conditions and all seems good.
