If you haven't already spoken to your insurer, and are definitely getting a SER, I'd personally consider holding off from contacting them until you've got the report.
There have been stories on here that the minute you mention cracks to an insurer, that creates a note on the file which can be difficult to erase if the problem is not actually serious.0 -
Also serious issues such as subsidence is the only case I ca. Think of where you are actually worse off with a. Treated solution than untreated, as if it is underpinned then insuring is difficult and expensive. It is probably historic movement but no option you have is risk free.0
