Help finding flower girl shoes please

Hi,
Just returned from a shopping trip with my 3 flower girls (daughter & 2 nieces) aged 5, 6 and 11, normal shoe sizes 9, 13 & 1.
We went in Monsoon, John Lewis, Debenhams, BHS and Next before the poor little souls got really fed up. The shoes are coming up really big, even 1 size smaller was too big but 2 sizes smaller was too small. I found the assistants couldn't help us as they could not provide us with an insole and just kept telling us all the sizes they had were out.
Can anyone recommend a good place for occasion shoes for children apart from buying online (basically because I really don't know what size to order and I don't really have spare cash to be able to order a selection of sizes to choose from)?
Thank you in advance.

have you tried ringing bridal shops in your area as some do them also try looking for holy communion shoes as well as flower girl and mini bridesmaid and look for any independent shoe shops in your area as they may be able to get some in for you to look at also see if you have a dance wear shop near you as they usually have very nice shoes in kids sizesThe only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 50 -
Thanks, that's a big help. Will have a ring round and also try the dance shops - I really didn't think about dance shops - I think they would love the idea of dancing shoes!0

They are beautiful and would look lovely with the dresses. They only have a size 4 online but there is a shop not too far so I will pop in at the weekend and look at the selection.
