1. There is one (1) prize for a trip to Melbourne and Hayman Island being offered for two (2) people travelling together. One member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

3. The prize must be taken by 20th December 2013 but cannot be taken during Christmas (21st December 2012 to 3rd January 2013, Easter (22nd March to 5th of April 2013), UK bank holidays (weekends of May 6th and 27th 2013) and the Melbourne Grand Prix (March 2013). The studio will also have 3 x 2 week production breaks, therefore the meet and greet of cast and tour of the set and Ramsay Street may not be taken within the following dates: 1st April – 14th April, 29th June – 12th July, 23rd September – 7th October 2013.
4. Programme production will finish on the 6th of December 2013 and therefore the meet and greet and the tour of the set and Ramsay Street will not be available after this date.
5. Please note that winners will need to be in Melbourne from a Monday to Wednesday due to the filming schedules of Neighbours.
