You could try www.fitfootwear.com they seem to have prices from about £24 to £35 and have a good range. Toy always included too! I'm not sure how their delivery prices compare, but £4-75 seems reasonable to me. Easier than driving for hours! I came across them when looking for Earth Shoes and they have expanded their product range. Hope this helps.
