You need INCOME to support debt .... any application for a FA or loan will be obviously based on this.

What you apparently want to do, is raise 20k, with no income to prove affordabiltiy ...... the only mge that works under those paramters is an equity release lifetime mge - and in your circs isn't suitbable in any event.

Unless anyone knows of a non-staus mge lender (ie where no status checks are made, which was BOS at 60% LTV a v long time ago) !

Other than that .. sorry .... you'll have to save your pennies for the 20k instead ... I'd just be relieved to have got my 5 yr extension with no proven income, nevermind looking for more to borrow !!
