FSO complaint re Halifax

Hi,
In April we made a complaint to the FSO about the interest rate applied to our Halifax CC as we have been on a DMP with CCCS for a year.
I wrote a letter of complaint and sent all evidence in April and then received a letter from the FSO about 2 weeks ago asking me to sign and fully complete their complaint leaflet (All same info as originally stated in letter) Yesterday got a letter back from FSO stating they are very busy and cant look at complaint for 8 weeks.
Surely this cant be right? Any one have any advise.
