I feel a bit happier knowing that. Just hope it's a reasonable judge. A part of me wishes Nationwide would go to the wall and their collections team could experience a bit of the nastiness they dish out to people when circumstances change.Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time :mad:0

Right I'm really confused now. I had my redetermination hearing booked for 31 Jul but have today received a variation order from my local court saying the payments varied to £40 p/m which I'm fine with and what I asked for in my letter asking for redermination.
Does this mean there is now no hearing on 31 July?Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time :mad:0 -
