Joint mortgage protection

We are about to complete on our new property this week, and we have CI and Life protection in place already, however we would like some protection in place should either of us become redundant?

I've have tried the comparison sites but cannot find a joint policy, do these exist? I'm sure this is what we had on our last property, I have tried that company but they now don't do the policy for new subscriptions

TIA

(I've also posted this on the insurance board as I was unsure which one to use!)

You should be able to get doe thing but do the calculations on whether it is worthwhile. If the premiums a high and the policy is restrictive and for example wiLl only pay out for a few months or a year then you would be bettor off saving the premiums into a rainy day fund and drawing on hat if it should be required.
