Trasfering the title and mortgage

Hi
looking for advise, we are 3 home owner which two of the owners want to sale it, the other owner has purpose to transfer the mortage to him and to another person that is not on the actual mortage, would this be posible and the implications on the mortgage,the period of two years of remortaging is coming to an end and he wants first to renew the remortage deal and then do the transference of the mortage .

If I read this correctly, he needs to do all this at the same time
Apply in new names and get offer, then remortgage 2 off and 1 on. Remortgage is likely to be free. Solicitor will charge approx. £350 for the additions...I am a Mortgage Broker
