play.com still have stock for the release date so you should not have to wait long for delivery and you can also go through Quidco

£299 + 3 free games. That looks too good to be true. Games are £40 each and the PS3 is £424 making £544! Can't see how anyone can sell that for £299!

    Their T&C:

"2. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order...."

    gets better

    seems to also own chimpdeals.com

lists the same contact phone number and address but again shows yet ANOTHER registration address in Maidenhead

    also found this

    http://groups.google.sh/group/alt.consumers.uk-discounts.and.bargains/browse_thread/thread/1f553024b04d212b/81e4b8a0764ac03c

I think the consensus in the relevant thread on the Moneysavingexpert site
before it was deleted was that the xmasdeals24.com was probably a credit
card details harvesting scam site. It certainly looks very similar to the
avvillage.co.uk site which was allegedly doing the same before Christmas.
It's possible that they are not actually processing payments and then not
supplying the goods but just taking the CC details to use in other frauds.

The address listed is apparently bogus, the company id relates to a plumbing
equipment wholesaler and the terms and conditions are apparently copied and
pasted from the Comet website. Oh and the prices are too good to be true. I
    would avoid like the plague.
