Tesco.com Free Hot cross buns.

Just had Easter Card from Tesco , which says, as an appreciation for shopping at Tesco.com we would like to give you a free pack of hot cross buns , To claim your free pack all you have to do is click on the hot cross bun banner at the top of your grocery home page. You need to add them to your basket and have your order delivered by the 3rd April.

I did this for my shop delivered yesterday and there was a note on the invoice saying they were out of stock!

Be careful with this. I did this and then tried to use a £5 off your shopping, and I couldn't use both vouchers, so I deleted the voucher for the free buns, but still ended up with them. I should have cancelled them from the basket too.

They were out of stock for me too!!!!!! No subsitute either - or don't they do that with freebies???????

There was a problem with this voucher earlier today that meant it was the only voucher used even if you had others. As far as I know it's been fixed, but as I always say, call CS and they will sort out what you should have had.

I tried tonight & it wouldnt acept my 500 points code. I deleted the hot cross buns & bingo code accepted.

I know which Id rather have & its not the buns

They were out of stock for my delivery today, so they had substituted and charged me. My driver said it was the third lot he'd taken back!

ordered my Free hot cross buns, they came in my delivery today and still had my extra 500 points added on the order.

out of free buns but had put 2 packs of 6 on at £1.50
over the page these were on 2 packs for a £1 so they had knocked 50p off and they had also knocked off the 89p off so 12 full size buns for 11p
my 500 points was also on
