Now the company I work for has very strict rules regarding this type of thing, I am supposed to not tell anyone and go straight to a special bloke within the company (I have never met him, and its a large company) now if I do this I am concerned I may loose this customer (who is a VERY good customer) which in turn will effect my wages,

And if you don't report it as you have been instructed to, you may lose all your customers.

The next victim of this woman may be someone who really can't afford to make up the £20, or they may lose their job for accepting the note. Or this woman may herself be a victim and be being forced to pass fake notes.

Put the note in a clean sandwich bag (touching it as little as possible) and follow the company's reporting procedure.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

--If you graph the numbers of any system, patterns emerge. Therefore, there are patterns everywhere in nature.
