Incorrect CCJ

I recently received a letter from a water utility company which said that because I hadn't abided by the CCJ on me they were going to escalate the issue through the courts. This was the first letter I’d received from the utility, I’ve never even lived in an area which they cover.
I have a exceptionally common name and it appears that after failing to contact the person they were after they asked the courts to find somebody with the same name (the customer service person I spoke to admitted that the DOB was probably fake), and the courts came up with me. After a few phone calls and emails the utility accepted that I wasn’t the person they were after, apologised and said that they wouldn’t pester me any further.
This left the CCJ, so I contacted them again about it. They replied with a letter which said the CCJ still stood, but my name wasn’t against it and that if anyone was ever to confuse me with the CCJ, I should produce the letter to deny it.
Thanks if you’ve got this far, my question is, should I still be concerned about it?

Make sure it is not on your credit records and get them to confirm that neither they nor their agents will make entries against your credit record.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Fair enough. Thank you.0

It doesn't actually sound like they have a CCJ against YOU. But they have a CCJ against somebody with the same name as you. It's likely the person that owes them money is no longer at the original address so their efforts to track them feel flat its face.
I echo the above post. Have them issue you a letter explaining you are not the person they are after so if anybody ever contacts you then you can produce the letter0
