I wanna crescendo alarm clock

The alarm clock I have atm is so loud and sudden, it feels like it's trying to give me a heart attack. I have found crescendo alarm clocks on amazon but after reading the reviews, I cannot find one that recommends the crescendo feature.
I'm looking for a clock that is so quiet to begin with that is it very gentle, barely audible and then gradually wakes me up.
Or a very, very quiet alarm would be better than the one I have atm.
Thank you!

I find having the alarm set so the radio comes on, rather than the buzzer, much more relaxing to wake up to - you may want to consider this in the short-term while you find a crescendo alarm, alternatively an iPod dock that doubles as an alarm clock; could you wake up to some relaxing music on there.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End

Sounds like a great idea but I do not own an ipod and cannot afford one

Can you get a clock with a radio feature that the radio comes on at the time set? With the sound turned down low, it might be perfect for me.0 -
Yes you can pick up radio alarm clocks almost anywhere. You select either buzzer or radio for the alarm. I do find having the radio come on (and stay on - which it does) keeps me awake too and stops me falling back to sleep (which I invariably do with a buzzer type alarm, even with the snooze feature).Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
