Leeds Building Society Down Valuation

Hi,
I applied for a 75% LTV mortgage with Leeds BS.
I'm applying for a 137k mortgage, on the application i estimate the property to be worth 190k so 72% LTV.
They valued the property at 180k so 76% LTV meaning they will only lend me 135K in order to meet 75% LTV.
It means I either find 2k myself, find another lender or ask Leeds BS if i can move up to the 80% LTV products.
I have 2k in savings but I'd rather keep that, i know it's subjective but am i likely to find similar valuation if i go with another lender, would Leeds BS allow me to move up to the 80% product without charging me another application fee ?
Just general advice please with what you do.

Leeds us Esurv and therefore many do get downvalued as they are incredibly conservative.
That said, there are no guarantees that it would be valued higher.
This may be immaterial in any case as not sure Leeds will like this bits I highlighted in your other thread...I am a Mortgage Broker
