40th Birthday Party themes

Hi
My husband has just had his 40th Birthday Party and we had an 80's themed party for him which worked out great.
My dilemma is my 40th is not too far away and I would love to do another themed party but have no idea what. I thought about disco/70's but think it's too similar to what we have just done. I did also think about Hollywood but I'm not that into films etc. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do that is maybe a bit different from the norm. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts/ideas.

A party themed with the letter of your first name.
So for me it would be an S party. Everyone would dress as something beginning with S, you could have food beginning with S etc etc0 -
For our joint 40 O.H and I had a hat 'n' wig party it went down a treat some people don't feel comfortable getting all fancy dressed out yet a hat or wig can be as big and bold or as small as you likeLife is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0
