NRPP here CSA1. Due to give birth any time now... just wanted to know what documents we need to send to the CSA for a change in circs for the new baby?

    Once you start claiming child benifit they can confirm with that. To speed things up i would maybe send a photocopy of the birth certificate as well.

    None.

    Just telephone the CSA and put in a change of circumstances. Just make sure you get the CSA to read back to you todays date as being the date the change of circumstances will apply.

    Record the call, and remember to start the recording so you capture the caveat before the phone is answered - Calls are recorded or monitored for staff training purposes....

    and keep a file copy of the telephone call.

    You can also write a simple letter confirming the change of circumstances.
