Many thanks for the good wishes everyone, despite phoning the Waltons Chester branch twice & being promised the gentleman named in the letter would phone Jean back we are still waiting for him to phone.:mad:
Jean will email him tomorrow with a selection of phone numbers he can contact her on..if THAT doesn't work....I'm off work Tuesday daytime, I'll be on the motorbike to Chester to have a quiet word in his shell-like.
