Incorrectly charged by LOCOG

I bought 2 tickets for the swimming finals at £95 each (SW012C). With £6 postage that should be £196 but I have been charged £202.
I believe this is because when I was confirming I did not tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions so the page refreshed and a message appeared to tell me to tick the box - I think at this point a second postage charge was incorrectly added.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have emailed LOCOG but no response so far.

Happened to me a while back. One day it said £24 on postage, a few days later it was back to £12 the correct amount for 2 deliveries.

Grrr... bought a few more tickets today and for some reason the option to pick up tickets has been removed from the LOCOG site, so another £6 for a couple of cheap tickets.

I placed two orders with LOCOG and paid two lots of £6. Both orders arrived in the same package. I called them up and they refunded me the second £6 no quibbles. Money arrived quickly too.
