    well if im honest I did recieve a letter in 2010 and foolishly i ignored it. thats why im paying for it now.

    If i was to say I was living at another adress and therefore not recieve the letter i.e my brothers can they realicially find out?

    So your going to lie to a court........ wouldn't advice it
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    i know guys, your right its the wrong thing to do. I was naive back then and extremely foolish of me as I thought the studant finance company was sorting it out.

    So do you all think it's a losing battle. a battle that I should just not even get into?
