Hi all, firstly thanks for all your advice and support in my earlier post!!
So i was in court for the final hearing on wednesday and its no suprise that santander did get their charging order!! However the judge also ruled "no order for sale without the permission of the court" (which i presume means that as long as i pay the cant try and sell the house). Glad its all over and done with and i can keep my house! Here's hoping all my other creditors continue to accept my DMP and don't go the same route as santander!
