I popped in to collect these candles and they only had candle stick holders (white and 25cm) ready for collection and didn't appear to have any white pillar candles for £0.93. Anyone else had this problem?

I had the same problem. Went to homebase this morning to pick up the candles and they brought out candlesticks instead. The lady at customer services said this is what i ordered but when i pointed out that i'd actually ordered candles she said that the code for the candles was actually for the candlesticks. One of the members of staff took my reservation confirmation and said he was going to email head office.

This happened to me too. We had the print out with the photo of the candles on them.

Liverpool Aintree store was most apologetic that the two items had the same number and they had neither of them in stock. We were given 2 x 20cm candles which were were happy with, Hope you all get sorted too
    Thanks again to OP.
