what supplements can you take to keep you knees supple

Oooh- just off topic but wondering if you noticed any difference in your skin if youv'e been taken Hyalauronic Acid for a few weeks.
It was supposed to be the next-big-thing in skin care about 5 years ago, designed to even out the tone and deal with some signs of aging and then...nothing. No updates no evidence no mention, nothing, as if it never even happened. I was never sure if it was a fad or if it did amazing things but just stopped being mentioned. Did you see any difference?
It is a definite (secondary) plus! I've been taking a good quality hyalauronic acid for a couple of years now and my skin has benefited:)0 -

I started taking it originally after a wrist fracture to help with the joint healing but realised after a few months that my stiff feet and knees had disappeared. It definitely worked for me.... It's not the cheapest supplement though - but if you know anyone in the states or going to the states you can order from amazon.com and get them to post/bring it back. It's almost a third of the price over there compared to here. It's the one supplement I take religiously.
could I ask where you purchased these from, How much they cost,0 -

Cortaflex HA
Not cheap, but has the required components to support joint health, in the optimum concentration (many of the cheaper supps don't) and most importantly, the size of the molecules is small enough to get to where they are needed in the joint
I don't work for Cortaflex, but I should be on commission! I just spent a lot of time researching it for my mum when other supplements didn't work for her (and I'm a scientist)

I buy mine from Amazon.com as I have family there who are happy to post to me and colleagues I work with often make business trips so I can get a supply delivered to their hotel and they bring them back for me.
I buy Source Naturals 100mg 60 tablets for under $20 which works out around £12-15'ish depending on xchange rates. Last time I purchased the exact same product was £35 on amazon.uk
I also buy HA By Neocell ( made from Rooster Comb which is a natural source) and their 60 capsules are $17 approx compared to £25-35 here.
