Does anyone know which lenders will lend to a British person who is currently resident in the USA but wishes to obtain a mortgage on a uk property?:rotfl:

    Why do you want invest in UK property at the current time?

    Its will not be simple as that, you need a good broker to get this done.

    There are some Ex-Pat (I think this what it's called) deals, but you need a broker to assess your situation and suggest any options available.
